Now we are looking for: Digitally talented Customer Success Manager

You help our customers to sell more online by improving conversion from lead to deal with outsourced and automated chat service. We combine chat software and chat service to help companies from small e-commerce sites to multinational brands. We are the market leader in Finland’s car sales chat business, yet we have customers in other Nordic countries as well. Our business model is unique, cost efficient and adapts according to customer needs. We improve our customers’ conversion rate and provide Smiles as a Service. Customer success is the key element in our story.

Now we want to find you to take our Customer Success to the next level. You will work in Finland, in Helsinki or Oulu, and will work closely with our marketing and sales teams as well as onboarding, customer support and development teams. You are a crucial link between customers and our development team. You also work as a part of the marketing team, to make sure the customer success is taken into consideration in our marketing actions. Your aim is to grow along with our continuous success. You will develop and improve the processes with a vision.

An experience from SaaS business and demonstrated results of using and implementing modern marketing automation tools and processes are your key assets.

Key objectives

  • Build and enhance (digital) customer relationship management processes and deploy the most appropriate tools.
  • Responsible for developing customer satisfaction holistically (NPS).
  • Develop the company’s customer success processes and tools.
  • Develop our customer reporting concept to serve the management, sales and administration of clients.
  • Work closely in the roadmap process bringing the customers’ voice into it.
  • Responsible for the upsell operations together with Sales teams.

Skills and qualifications

  • You are or have been working in SaaS business.
  • You have proven skills and demonstrated results with modern marketing and marketing automation technology.
  • Innovative development attitude and natural interest in finding the right solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Consultative sales process skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales and sales management experience with proven track record in sales.
  • Experience in developing and leading webinars and demo presentations.
  • Academic degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
  • Experience in negotiating with B2B clients.
  • Native Finnish and fluent English, other Nordic languages are considered a plus.
